MISSION
Investing in community through thoughtful and sustainable interior & exterior design. Proceeds from every design project support community classes and workshops for children locally. I am on a journey to serve and connect the community of Portland, please join me!
JOURNEY
Having lived in three major cities, I have personally witnessed each community losing touch with itself in the whirlwind of consumerism and a global economy. I have set out on a journey to try and create a ripple effect of change that I hope will restore some communal balance. I believe that we need to refocus on the resilience and sustainability of our local economies and communities; buy local, support local artists, and build up the community and the next generation. I hope that this model will be successful here in Portland and eventually spread out to other communities.
INVESTING IN THE COMMUNITY
Supporting local artists, craftspeople, and tradesmen is one part of reinvesting in the community; the other is focusing on supporting and teaching our children. I believe children are fully capable of shaping a more beautiful and connected world and future given the right opportunities and tools. Part of my mission is to do this by donating 100% of there design fees for my services in the form of funding free classes and workshops for underserved children in our community. Classes would range from the arts to science & technology.
THE COMMUNITY
The idea behind the community is to build strong relationships within the community by connecting you as the consumer to local talent and services. This website allows you to access anyone I work with at any time independently of me.
